Physical Description
General
Standing at 6 and a half feet, Anthropeios towers a good few inches over most of the ladies on the island. She looks rather young, most probably in her early twenties. She has features of a goddess, well-defined lineaments shaping her face distinctively with piercing eyes and angular jaw lines. Her lips pulled across her face thinly upon her supple facial complexion, resting below a nose that is well shaped. Her face has the obvious lack of makeup apart from a thin layer of lip-gloss applied on her lips, making it look rather pouty and kissable. Her broad and bony shoulders add a tinge of masculinity to her overall appearance.
Fashion Style
She is often seen walking around the island wearing a piece of body-hugging black razorback singlet and a pair of black skinny jeans that further accentuates her hourglass figure. Her limbs lean and muscular, suggesting that she takes a good care of her body and works out pretty often. Her ash-brown locks fall into disciplined waves onto her shoulders, matching the brown sneakers that are covering her feet. She is the epitome of simplicity, never seen with make-up apart from the thin layer of lip-gloss to protect her lips, making other girls look overly made up. She has a mild obsession with plain and clean lines, which is also reflected in her apartment's decoration and her lovers.
Personality and History
Before Yuriba
Anthropeios came from a broken family back in Greece. Her mother took off with another man after giving birth to her, mostly due to her father being violent and aggressive in nature.
Things did not improve after that though, her father continued to travel around the globe for his business and often vents his anger on young Anthropeios when he returns. The scar on Anthropeios' back was caused by caning, an incident that she avoids talking about at all costs.
She had lived in many countries before, but had her longest stay in Australia and the States. Anthropeios had decided to run away from her violent father one day, when she felt that enough was enough. She randomly boarded a boat at the pier after packing her things, and that was how she ended up at Yuriba.
Yuriba
It didn't take Anthropeios and her cheerful nature to get used to life on Yuriba. She was deeply grateful and glad that she had mustered the courage to leave her old life behind and start anew on a beautiful island. As a matter of fact, she prays and thanks the Gods above everyday for granting her a chance, an opportunity to live the way she wants to.
Anthropeios gotten herself an apartment in the Riverview's around late September 2007, not long after she had decided to settle down where the boat brought her. She had designed the apartment with her former-wife, Abryn, in mind. The relationship did not last for long even though they were engaged to each other. Since Anthropeios came from a broken family, and grew up in the shadows of her father's infidelity, she had always pictured love to be exclusive and hence for a period of time, she was unable to deal with Abryn's polyamorous ways. Even though they had already split up quite some time ago, you'll still be able to find pictures of them together in the apartment.
She left the island earlier in the year 2008, with intentions to recuperate from the failed relationship she had with Abryn. Then, she returned to the island around May 2008 to start her life again.
After her return, she was determined to embark on a new chapter in her life.She began rebuilding her relationships with Anna and Hako whom eventually became a huge part of her life right now. Subsequently, she met Mako on one of her trips around the island and their relationship quickly escalated into an engagement.
Ryan came into her life just not long ago when Anthropeios was hanging out at the springs with her old friend Shirahime. Perhaps you could call it love at first sight, but whatever it was, they were certainly deeply attracted to each other. They have been spending more time together since their union and building what Anthy believes to be a very strong and stable foundation.
She had recently opened up to more people and is more willing to embrace her polyamorous self when she realized that it's possible for her to love more than one woman at the same time. She wants to be a permanent part of her girlfriends' lives and also to be accepted by them for the person she is.
Currently, she has made plans to build a large house where all her girlfriends will be able to live in with her, or to stay over whenever they wish. Wildflower has shown her interest in this idea and will most probably be one of the first few who will move in.
Relationships
Lovers
- Anna, one of the first few women that Anthropeios had ever fallen in love with since she got to Yuriba. She is currently still in a relationship with her, and they try to spend time together whenever Anna is not out visiting her friends. Anthy is deeply in love and will try at anything to make their relationship work out. She is contemplating pregnancy but much is to be considered, viewing that neither both is ready for a baby.
- Hako, a friend that Anthy had got to know through Abryn. Impression at first sight was not very well as Hako appears to be someone rather aloof with a dearth of seriousness in her. Then, after Anthy got to know her better through several other events, she began to fall for this woman. Now, Anthropeios' beloved, Anna's too and also the island's biggest tease as many would like to call her, they share a close relationship and spends time together when Hako is not sleeping(which is what she does most of the time).
- Mako, her fiancée who had left the island for awhile due to family issues. She has now returned though and is starting a new life with Anthropeios. However, in mid 2008, the two started to drift apart and finally agreed to end their relationship on friendly terms.
- Ryan, her latest girlfriend whom she had just met not long ago at the springs, they became a couple around late June 2008. Anthy fell for her gentleness, her quick wits, her humor and basically everything of who she is as a person and a lover.
- Eiko, a sweet young girl who is always enthusiastic about things and craves for time with Anthy.
- Wildflower, a rather close friend of Anthy's in her early Yuriban-days. Being one of the most gentle and endearing person that Anthy has ever known on the island, they became more acquainted with each other lately. After learning about Wild's magical abilities, Anthy becomes more intrigued by this woman, sexually first, then she begins to crave for even more. In early July 2008, she officially became a part of Anthy's‘harem' where Anthy also became part of hers. She has moved into Anthy's house recently and Anthy hopes that this will further stabilize their relationship.
- Yurico, a amazingly attractive wolf-girl who works in Leona's bar. She had short and brief relationship with Anthropeios but had left due to unknown reasons, perhaps because Anthy couldn't drop her other girlfriends for this one.
- Cordelia, had dated Anthropeios for awhile but the relationship failed when she found out that Anthropeios had other women as well. She still has feelings for this woman but always chooses to avoid her when she sees her around. Recently they have started to spend a little time together and Anthy once again start to feel comfortable around her.
- Abryn, her former-wife, had made a significant impact on her life. Their marriage failed due to the fact that Anthropeios was unable to accept Abryn's polyamorous ways. Anthy had been avoiding contact with Abryn since her return, as she feels that she is not ready to converse with her yet. Even with that being said, she might just try if she gets the chance to.
Friends
Anthy has a group of friends whom she tries to hang out with whenever she is free.
- Shirahime, whom have returned to the island after leaving due to family issues.
- Laurette, an interesting girl whom Anthy has made a mental note to get to know more of.
- Amara-Overnorth, a recent acquaintance whom seems like a rather sweet lady. Anthy has offered her a place in her apartment when she found out that Amara has no place of her own.
- Alexis, someone Anthy has met when she was viewing the scenery on the bridge. Alexis seemed to have lost her way, suffering from mild hunger and somewhat serious sore feet. Anthy then took her to the Ocean Lily's to rest, where she also got to know that this woman is pregnant. They have been since, talking to each other and spending time together occasionally.
