Ciara Anne O'Niell, more commonly known as Ciara is an Irish painter who, following a strange incident in time, has taken up residence in Yuriba.

Ciara is a young and athletic woman, standing 5'4" at most.

General personality
Even while growing up, Ciara was a bit of a rebellious child, bucking traditions and acting like a tomboy. Her mother hated it, but her aunt doted on her for it, and tried to convince her sister not to try to break the child of her tomboyishness. It caused some trouble in the era in which she grew up, though she eventually became less-so than she once was.
Romantic preferences
Ciara prefers a relationship between equals, though she's drifted between many relationships during her time in Yuriba. Usually she finds that her lover is more of a lover, and less of a true companion. While polyamorous, she respects the devotion of monogamous couples and respects their decision, while maintaining a silent hope that one day, she might find someone she loves that completely.

In 1938, Ciara stumbled through a door that ripped her from her own time. She was deposited in Yuriba rather unceremoniously, unsure of exactly where she was. She managed to adapt quickly to the new time, as well as to the presence of magic, although she does yearn frequently for home.
Relationships
- Rae is a kindred spirit and fellow painter, with whom Ciara has developed a close friendship. Their relationship was more intimate at one point, but when Rae and Eimi's relationship resumed, Ciara was openly respectful of their choice to be exclusive.
- Sabriel was Ciara's first love, and they maintain a close bond. However, Ciara is respectful of Sabriel's current relationship, and thus keeps their friendship from going any further.
