Nikephorae arrived on the island in January of 2009, from Underhill, where she was a Priestess of Zansho.
Physical Description
A kitsune of average height and slender build, Nikephorae stands as a reserve of boundless energy, her bright, inquisitive turquoise eyes shimmering despite the thick shadows beneath that stand out against her pale skin. A slight button nose sits above a pair of full pink lips set into a perpetual and playful smirk, the left side of her mouth tugging up whenever she stands idle too long, exposing rows of brilliant white, even teeth. Her darker auburn hair has been cut somewhat short in the back, but with enough allowed in the front to sweep over and completely cover the upper right side of her face, obscuring her right eye almost entirely. The visible left has been touched up with decorative kohl, augmenting the effect brought on by the dark shadows. Two small fox ears, perky and pointed up and towards the slightest sound extend from either side of her head, just barely a shade lighter than the surrounding hair. Rounded cheeks and an average chin result in a pleasant heart shape to her face, her neck a graceful line down from her jaw, disappearing into her clothing. Two large, russet brown fox tails flickering lazily behind her at all times, capped at the ends with the same color fur as her ears.
History
Nikephorae hasn't said much of anything about her history as of yet. It's known that she's a Priestess of Zansho, but not a High Priestess. She claims to have come to the Island mostly as a result of wanting a new place to wander, and can often be found doing precisely that.
Abilities
Nikephorae has the ability to 'fade' from sight. She doesn't disappear, continues to remain in that area, but somewhat unfocuses herself from the minds eye of anyone in the area, save for her smirk. The entire process is similar to the Chesire Cat from Alice in Wonderland, but significantly less potent.
