Spring Equinox

Falling on either March 20th or March 21st, the Spring Equinox is celebrated by native Yuribans as a day sacred to Harumeku and the start of the Yuriban year. Like many rituals to celebrate the passing of one year into another, this is often celebrated, either privately or publicly, with reflections over the past year, good food, good booze, and good company. Natives also place fresh Passionberry branches over any entryways to their homes to help prevent the entrance of bad luck and emotions, a longstanding superstition.
