Usage notes

The caption parameter may be elided, yielding the header shown above; if it's included, the header reads OOC: <caption>. The width parameter should probably usually be elided; it defaults to 20em, which should be wide enough for most purposes.

(Technically, the text parameter may also be omitted, but you probably don't really want to do that.)
