Cobalt Steel was an enigma wrapped in mystery. Not much was known about her early life, as there seem to be absolutely no record of her up until about 3 years before her appearance on Yuriba, when she gained a GED, and entered college, and she didn't seem inclined to talk about her early life. From what she claimed, she was messing around with something she shouldn't have been, and triggered something, the end result teleported her to Yuriba.
