Hanapu

Nakagawa Hanapu (中川ハナプ) is a fifteen-year-old student from Akita Prefecture, Japan. She has noted that Hanapu is not her real given name, but a nickname; she has not yet revealed her real given name. She seems shy at first, but when talked to, she eventually opens up and it is clear that she only wants to make friends. It is unclear at the moment how or why she came to Yuriba, or if she left without her family even knowing.

Appearance

Hanapu stands at around 5' even. Her silver hair, just past shoulder length, is usually pulled up into two pigtails. Her eyes are a dark amber color, and her skin is on the paler side. She is usually dressed in a short spaghetti-strap dress made of a thin white fabric, trimmed in lace and short frills, and black casual dress sandals. She is also known to carry a cheerleader's uniform in her backpack.

History

Hanapu lived in Yurihonjo, Akita, where she was about to enter an all-girl's high school, Yuri High School, but shortly before, she left home and arrived in Yuriba. She lived at home with her two parents and has indicated that she also has two older brothers, and judging by the clothes she carries in her bag, she was a cheerleader in middle school. Not much else is known besides this.

Notable People

• Mihae was the first friend that Hanapu made in Yuriba, after kindly giving her a tour of her beach home. After that evening, it seemed that the two have developed a deeper interest in each other, but only time will tell what will become of them.
