Jassi Veles is a long-time resident of the village of Yuriba, a New Mexican catgirl and retired US Army 2nd Lieutenant. Possessed of a dry wit and generally restrained demeanor, Jassi is a bit older than the average resident and acts as a "big sister" figure to many. She, along with her wife Mai Asoko, is co-owner/operator of the love hotel "Hotel Fantasia."
