Matsuri 2010

The Summer Matsuri comes late this year, and events will be over the last weekend in August. They are still being planned individually, and if anyone would like to attempt to host a mini-event, supply ideas for contests, prizes, or games, please contact us!
Events will be posted here as they are confirmed and planned. It may seem sparse now, but many things have been in the works, we're now just making sure everyone can make it, and do what they wish!
Confirmed Events
Friday the 27th will kick off the Matsuri with the setting up of the food boothes, vending stalls and perhaps the occasional gaming stall, manned or unmanned! Later in the night, around 10pm, there will be a Date Auction held for dates to the Sakura Blossom's party the next night, or another date in the future! Dress code then will be casual, but please do be clothed. A little later in the night there will be some sparklers, candles and very pretty stars to view in a gathering at the wading pools.
Saturday the 28th will continue the festival, small, personal events and parties, some time for a few well known public figures in the kissing booth, as well as more shopping and festival food. Planned for the evening is another of the Sakura Blossom's parties, this one being a Bikini Party at the sakura garden in view of the stars. It'll be a social event hosted by Nieve, with a dresscode of very little, and the backup plan of socialising in one of the tearooms, looking out at the pretty, romantic, rain if the weather requires it. The Werewolf game will likely make another appearance this night, either by Shay or Rylia as the master of the game, please look out for it and be around!
The last day of the festival is Sunday the 29th! Sofar for this day we've a ritual planned at about 5pm at the Zansho temple hosted by Sabriel and Moriko, there will undoubtedly be many, many more pretty fireworks, some more sake, soaking in the sun and water, as well as other events. Once again, the Werewolf game will likely make another appearance this night, hosted either by Shay or Rylia, please look around for gatherings of people, and feel free to join in or watch!
