Reasons for Offtheme Template

In short; This may be true for certain half-demons, it is not accurate for the majority I have encountered on Yuriba and it is unequivocably inaccurate for the Emoniichuan jusenkyou.

Furthermore, demoness is definitely not the same as 'Half-demon' or 'Hanyou'. I'm also somewhat uncomfortable with the universalization of the hanyou denomination, which is really only relevant for half-demon types based on oni or youkai rather than those based on European sources. For that matter, I'd personally contest the interpertation of youkai solely as demon, given that it can be interperted multiple ways, including 'spirit' or 'monster' as well.

The "Additions Usually Gained By Hanyou" section is overly long and not useful; it could really have been condensed into one short paragraph, especially as none of these 'additions' are apparently universal. The "Abilities" are also rather problematical - powers or abilities for characters are based on the approval process and should not be stated as universals. (Especially as some of the listed ones are quite powerful!)

The "Weaknesses" don't make much sense with the rest of the article and, again, are something that should be variable depending on an individual, not a universal. Even if it was universal, the notion that it's the only way to kill a 'hanyou' means we have quite a few characters on grid that are far more powerful than we realized! Furthermore, the deity note is... Ugh. In terms of the Yuriban pantheon, it's downright offensive. It's also very problematical in that it requires a forced RP issue that is irrelevant to the Yuriban mythos. --breisleach 01:05, 8 August 2006 (UTC)
