The islanders of Yuriba are responsible for the creation of an almost unending supply of pieces of literature, historical works, paintings, constructions and even various crafts such as metallurgy and woodwork. The inhabitants, being naturally inclined to the arts, often congregate for the sole purpose of crafting. Works and stores have been erected all along the island in which to admire or purchase a certain number of these works.

A notable hub for the visual arts is the Yuriba Art Gallery, though its collection appears heavily inclined towards immigrant artwork.
