Phoebe Soulspark is a recent arrival on the island of Yuriba, and very little is known about her because of this. What is known is that she arrived from a place she refers to Svetslanisburgh, which is evidently in the what she calls the Kingdom of Liberatore. Her purpose on the island so far is unclear, aside from the simple joys of finding something new to look at.
Physical Description
Phoebe is a striking woman of average height with a well proportioned build. Her hair is a vivid shade of red and short, barely coming down below her ears. Her skin is bronzed from long days in the sun, and she may seem young, but she's experienced quite a bit in her short time.
For clothing, she tends to favour outfits that accentuate her curves, but still allows her to keep some things left to the imagination. She is not a modest woman by nature, but she's not an exhibitionist either. It's obvious that she is used to standing out.
And probably the primary reason for this is the fact that she does have a pair of large feathered wings which most humans are lacking. Also she is occasionally on fire, which tends to set you apart in a crowd. She doesn't seem to mind too much though.
Abilities
Phoebe is a high level sorceress with a fully realized phoenix bloodline. She generally specializes in fire spells but she does know a couple utility spells that are handy to have around. Despite this, she knows very little about the actual arcane arts, as her talent and magic runs in her blood. This tends to frustrate both her and her apprentices, as she has great difficulty actually explaining or trying to teach what she is able to do. When her King formed the Kingdom of Liberatore, she was passed over for the position of head magister because of this; a fact that still annoys her to this day. Instead she embraced the position of Councillor, ensuring that the citizen's voices are heard in the Royal Chambers.
What she is known for is the quality of her crafting work. She's an exceptionally skilled blacksmith, jeweler and can imbue items with magical qualities. Once again she has no real idea how she does this, but she has a building reputation for her skill and the quality of her goods in the fledgling Kingdom.
