Why yes, this is just an IC reason to be able to use @tel and the jump_ok flags.

On Yuriba, the majority of individuals are capable of learning to use the ley lines for teleporation to shorten journeys around the island by willing themselves to areas where ley lines cross and are commonly accessed. Because of the wealth of magical energy on Yuriba, the skill requires no innate magical ability to perform, merely will and a belief that it is possible. Even individuals from worlds without magic and appearing to be purely baseline human are often able to use it with little trouble. Interestingly, the way the teleportation manifests seems to vary from individual to individual, indicating that like the Jusenkyou Springs, the magic is thought morphic and reflects the expectations of the user.

Known locations that are easily accessed by teleporation include the Village Center and the Faerie Circles.
