Personality: Aside from clearly demented? Kind of a polymathic sort.
But that doesn't explain the personality thing.
Fiercly independent. Likes to learn how to do things herself, so when something needs doing, she doesn't need to seek outside help. Has slight loner-y isolationist tendancies, but she recognizes that becoming a complete recluse is not healthy for herself, so she tries to get out. Generally comfortable in her skin around strangers. Tends to stand aloof, where interactions are concerned. Touch is a sign of caring for her. I'd define it more clearly, but I have difficulty describing it further than, "If she doesn't know you or don't like you, she'll respect your personal space. If she does know you and like you, expect her to be all over you. She's more the kind to be allured than to be alluring, though she does try to be alluring through clothes and hair. She must have some real issues with always wearing plain clothing and blending in when she was growing up, because everything she wears now, tries to be eye-catching or distinct. She has a bit of a white knight complex. Seh fihgts stuff and doesn’t afraid of anything.
She probably hangs out in bars a lot more than she should. She's not actually that fond of alcohol. Drinking for the sake of taste, rather than for the sake of drinking.
Interests, in order:
Running the restaurant/artifice, construction, cooking, brewing, tea, glasscrafting, medicinals, gardening (for various values of 'grow natives, let them run amok, build greenhouse, let invasive plants grow in pots in there').
Hates: Remodelling. Would much rather build something new than remodel the old. Likes swinging a sledgehammer, though.
Chain of thought: I have an inn. I also have my own home! I need a bigger place for my lab. Let's dig a lab! Hey, there's a lot of different stuff down here in the cellar. Hey, there's brewing equipment. Well, brewing was fun. Ooh, tea equipment. Tea was fun. Hey! Let's do tea-infused alcohol! Man, there are a lot of medicinals that I can put into the kitchen. Oh look, a book on culinary medicinals. I should start a garden of this stuff and stockpile. Hey, I should build a greenhouse! It'll give me a reason to practice floating glass! Okay, I have pots! Hrm. I should bottle this stuff I'm making. I'll make bottles. Wow, let's see what else I can make from glass.
Small, but not flat chest. May bump this up a bit, for proportion's sake. Washboard stomach. Wide, womanly hips. Well-defined back. DAT ASS. Generally toned/somewhat athletic physique, uncertain. This may depend somewhat on how lazy she is. The difference between swinging the hammer herself, or making a self-swinging hammer, or making it into a +1 Sledgehammer of Destruction, or something, although honestly, a) and c) are probably what she'll do.
Posture getting worse by hunching over working on fiddly things?
