I'm a bit confused here. While the article is very good overall, you equate being a Guardian (an IC role) with being a Newbie Helper (an OOC role). While many Guardians are staff members OOCly, that's not _why_ they're Guardians, they're Guardians because of their involvement in a specific set of RP mythos developed among a group of long time players. Er, that's a bit hard to follow, but in short, Guardian == IC only, Newbie Helper/Administrator/Director == OOC only, and Guardian =/= OOC admin. Additionally, the historical response for IC explanation of OOC admin duties has been the 'Town Council' excuse listed in the Social Structure entry. --breisleach 18:22, 19 Jun 2005 (UTC)
