Temple Road

Temple Road, located on the northern half of the island makes it's way from Lower Rowan Trail at the base of Engetsu-san mountain to the base of the worn stone steps that lead to Belldannim's Temple.

Several boulders along the trail are marked with shimenawa – traditional straw ropes adorned with zigzagged pieces of paper, indicating sacred natural objects.

Along this road can be found the dreaded Lost Woods which is a maze of twisting trees and at least one forest path leading leading to a private residence belonging to Shay.
